As per the State Election Commission, the hours fixed for the polls are from 8 AM to 4 PM at all the panchayat wards of gram panchayats and the Territorial Constituencies of Zilla Panchayats.
The panchayat polls in Sikkim would be held on November 3, the State Election Commission had earlier announced.
