At the Multi Commodity Exchange, silver for delivery in December shed Rs 20, or 0.06 per cent, to Rs 36,057 per kg in a business turnover of 5,632 lots.
The white metal for delivery in far-month March next year shed Rs 23, or 0.06 per cent to Rs 36,790 per kg in 27 lots.
Analysts said offloading of positions by speculators, tracking a weak trend in global markets as some Federal Reserve policy makers suggested the US central bank may still raise interest rates this year, weighed on silver futures.
