Silver futures rose by 0.38 per cent to Rs 39,670 per kg Thursday after speculators raised bets, driven by a firm trend overseas.
At the Multi Commodity Exchange, silver for delivery in March was trading higher by Rs 149, or 0.38 per cent, to Rs 39,670 per kg in a business turnover of 1,234 lots.
