Lee today posted his Facebook photos of well-wishes and cards that he received after his surgery, along with a caption saying that he was "glad to be fully back at work".
The Prime Minister also thanked those who had sent him good wishes, saying that he was "touched by your thoughtful messages".
Lee, 63, who was diagnosed with prostate cancer in January, underwent robot-assisted keyhole surgery on February 16 at the Singapore General Hospital.
Lee was discharged from the hospital on February 18 and was on medical leave for one week.
