Sisodia orders scrapping of exam on report of qs paper leak
Press Trust of India New Delhi A day after taking over as Delhi's Education Minister, Manish Sisodia today ordered cancellation of examination for appointment of primary teachers in municipal schools after he found that the question paper was leaked.
The examination was held for around one lakh posts of teachers today, in which lakhs of aspirants had appeared
The re-examination is likely to be held within a month.
The Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB) had conducted the examination for the post of primary teacher for MCD schools.
Following reports of leaking of question paper, Sisodia ordered cancellation of the examination and DSSSB issued a notification in this regard.
"As per information received in the Board, the questions of the primary teachers (MCD) examination have apparently been leaked. Accordingly, it has been decided by the board to cancel the said examination and reschedule it shortly," a statement from DSSSB said.
