Sistema Shyam appoints Bijender Yadav as Chief Tech Officer

Telecom operator Sistema Shyam TeleServices, which operates under MTS brand name, today announced two senior leadership appointments with Bijender Yadav being named the Chief Technology Officer.
The company also announced appointment of former Tata Teleservice executive Ashok Singh as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Kolkata and West Bengal circles.
Yadav will be responsible for overall network strategy and operations for the company. He joined MTS India in 2009 and has been a key figure in network planning and strategy for the company. He takes over from Ashwani Khillan, who had moved out in May to pursue opportunities outside MTS India.

Henkel Adhesive appoints S Sunil Kumar as business director * Henkel Adhesive Technologies, a subsidiary of German consumer goods firm Henkel, today said it has appointed S Sunil Kumar as Business Director for industrial adhesives.
He will spearhead Henkel India's industrial adhesives business unit, which comprises flexible packaging, packaging and labelling, paper, tissue, hygienics, construction and shoe steering units, the company said in a statement.
"He brings with him strong values and leadership culture. Moreover, his experience of leading country teams across functions such as sales, business development and segment marketing to success, will help drive our industrial adhesives business," Henkel India President Jeremy Hunter said.

Vikram Solar to supply 20 MW modules to US master distributor * PV module manufacturer Vikram Solar today announced that the company has signed a master distribution agreement for residential and commercial PV installations with a leading US solar wholesaler, Clean Energy Distribution of Denver.
Under the terms of this strategic agreement, Vikram Solar will supply Clean Energy Distribution with a total of 20 megawatt peak (MWp) of high performance PV modules through December 2016, which includes 8 MWp of scheduled delivery during 2015.
