Bharat Agria, son of an AIIMS staffar, who lived in the AIIMS campus, had died of dengue at the institute's campus on August 31.
The Health Minister in turn was learnt to have sought an action taken report from AIIMS on the matter in two days and asked the family members to meet him on September 27 at his office in the Nirman Bhavan.
"We want justice for Taanu (Bharat's nickname) and we want action against those doctors who were at fault so that no other patient goes through such an experience," Kiran, the victim's sister said.
She along with Bharat's friends gathered at the AIIMS campus during Nadda's visit here on the occasion of its 60th Institute Day. They wore t-shirts bearing message "Justice for Taanu".
After the death incident, outraged AIIMS employees had held protests at the campus and demanded an enquiry into his death following which AIIMS constituted a committee to enquire whether doctors posted in the emergency ward had been lax in treating Agria.
