Prohibitory orders under Section 144 of CrPC were imposed and mobile internet services were suspended in the district yesterday.
The markets reopened today and no untoward incident occurred, police said.
Senior administration and police officials took rounds of the city and held talks with locals.
Two groups clashed with each other during Gangaur procession on Thursday night that led to stone-pelting which had left one policeman injured.
Police have arrested nearly two dozen people of both the groups involved in scuffling and stone-pelting.
