With fresh incidents of pelting of bricks reported from several parts of the town, a flag march led by the district magistrate Amrit Tripathi and SP was taken out in the city.
At least 10 persons, including a Samajwadi Party MLA, were injured yesterday when a clash broke out between two communities over the route of Muharram procession in Daropur area here.

Police today allowed the procession of remaining 'tazias' for burial but as it was passing through Ahmedganj area, some mischievous elements indulged in brick batting and police had to chase them away.
According to Superintendent of Police Ashok Kumar Shukla some incidents of brick batting took place in Chauri Road and Rajpura areas also but acting promptly police controlled the situation.
A mob attacked a car in Chauri road area following which all the four passengers had to be admitted to hospital.
