The software professionals had developed a software to manage cricket betting and transactions of the bookies in their loop, an official said.
Unit-9 of the Crime Branch had raided a flat in DN Nagar in Andheri on August 24, from where they had arrested Deepak Kapur, Sanny Thakur and Tarun Thakur, he said.
Atleast 13 mobile phones, one laptop, one LCD and cash of Rs 74,000 was seized from them, he added.
During the course of investigation, the Crime Branch sleuths got information about their aide Nitesh Khemnani and two software developers Nikhil Ganatra and Ashish Sharma, who had developed a software to manage cricket betting, said the official.

The main server of the software was managed from Amsterdam in Netherlands, he added.
The arrested bookies are connected to one more person, who is an Indian and based in Hong Kong, the official said.
"We have arrested six persons, including two software developers, who were involved in betting and developed a software to manage it, said Nisar Tamboli, Deputy Commissioner of Police (Crime).
