Six given lifer in a murder case

Six persons were sentenced to life imprisonment and directed to pay Rs 60,000 as fine by each by a local court here today in the murder case of a man eight years ago.
Additional District Judge (ADJ)-VII Devraj Tripathi passed the order convicting and sentencing the accused Dudhnath Yadav, Mian alias Shaukat, Ghanshyam Paswan, Gandhi Yadav, Rambabu Yadav and Veeran Yadav to life in prison and imposed a the fine after finding them guilty in the murder case of Madhusudan Singh.
According to prosecution, Singh, a native of Beldari Tola under Bhagwanganj police station area of Patna district, was shot dead by Dudhnath Yadav and other accused persons on December 20, 2007, over a property dispute between them.
