Six killed in two separate accidents in UP

Six persons, including three Gola municipality board members, were killed in two separate accidents in the district, police said today.
Last night, Waseem (40), Sonu Ravat (40) and Anjiv Giri (38), who were members of Gola municipal board, were killed and three of their friends injured, when the car in which they were travelling rammed into a parked tractor-trolley on Gola-Khutar road near Muradnagar under Hyderabad police limits, police said.
The incident took place when the victims were returning to Gola after visiting Nepal, police said, adding, the injured have been admitted to a hospital.
In a separate incident this afternoon, three persons were killed near Mathpurwa village under Kheri Town police station area.
Pintu (25) along with his sister Ruby (20) were returning home on his motorcycle when it collided with another bike being driven by Sujit Gupta (35) near Mathpurwa village under Kheri Town police limits.
All the three died on the spot, police said.
