SKS Microfinance issues NCDs worth Rs 200 cr

SKS Microfinance today said it has issued non-convertible debentures on private placement basis to raise Rs 200 crore.
The company has "issued and allotted secured, non- cumulative, redeemable, taxable, listed, rated non-convertible debentures (NCDs) of face value of Rs 10 lakh each aggregating to Rs 200 crore on private placement basis", SKS said in a filing to BSE.
The micro finance lender said the NCDs will be listed on wholesale debt market (WDM) segment of BSE.
SKS Microfinance scrips were traded 1.58 per cent higher at Rs 464 apiece on the BSE.
