Smriti Irani to meet NE states' edu secretaries on Sept 18

Union Minister for Human Resource Development Smriti Irani will visit Tripura and address a meeting of the education secretaries of the North Eastern states, an official said today.
She would be arriving here on September 17 and address the meeting of North Eastern states' education secretaries next day and would leave for Delhi on September 19, the state government official said.
The meeting would discuss the country's new education policy and its implementation in the region, the official added.
