Son of Bilaspur panchayat's former chairman shot at

Son of a former chairman of Bilaspur panchayat here was today shot at by some unidentified persons, police said.
Rahul (21) was shot at in the Bilaspur area, they said.
"Today, some unknown persons shot at Rahul. Bullet has hit his neck. He has been rushed to hospital," SP(Rural) Brijesh Kumar Singh said.
A manhunt has been launched to nab the assailants, he said.
Investigations are going on from all possible angles, including old enmity, the SP added.
