Sonalika sales grow 22% to 7,381 units in April

Tractor maker Sonalika today reported sales of 7,381 units in April, registering a growth of 22 per cent over the same month of last year.
During the month, the company sold 6,519 units in the domestic market, clocking an increase of 20.9 per cent from the previous fiscal, Sonalika Tractors said in a statement.
Exports during the month grew by 33 per cent at 862 units, it added.
Commenting on the sales performance, Sonalika Tractors Executive Director Raman Mittal said: "With the industry showing positive trend this year, we are also expecting double digit growth in upcoming months".
Sonalika Tractors sells a range of tractors from 20HP to 120HP to over 80 countries, including 25 European countries.
