Sonia, Rahul congratulate NSUI on win in UP varsities polls

Members of NSUI, the student wing of Congress, from Uttar Pradesh today met party President Sonia Gandhi and Vice President Rahul Gandhi.
They were invited after the victory of NSUI in major varsities of Uttar Pradesh - Kashi Vidhyapeeth, Sampurnanand Sanskrit University, Meerut University and Agra University.

At the meeting at Sonia's residence, the Congress President and Vice President congratulated all the winning candidates and praised them for their hard work and dedication that led to such grand victories in major Universities of the state, the NSUI said in a press release.

Congress feels that the victory of its student wing in the UP varsities elections is significant keeping in view the Assembly polls there next year.
