Southern Railway GM calls on TN CM

R K Kulshrestha, who recently took over as Southern Railway General Manager has called on Chief Minister K Palaniswami here.
His meeting with Palaniswami yesterday at the Secretariat was a courtesy call, official sources said today.
Last week, he assumed office of the General Manager replacing Vashishta Johri.
Prior to taking up the role, Kulshrestha had served in the Eastern Railway, South Eastern Railway, South Central Railway and also at the West Central Railway.
He had also served Southern Railway as Chief Safety Officer and as the Principal Head of Department of Electrical Branch, an official release said.
