A four-vehicle pile-up today killed at least seven persons in southwest China's Guizhou province.
The accident happened when a truck carrying coal, two cars and a trailer collided on a highway in Guiyang.
The truck was buried under coal, while the two cars, sandwiched between the truck and the trailer, were deformed following the accident, rescuers said.
The site of the mishap has been cordoned off and traffic has been restricted to one-way, state-run news agency Xinhua reported.
