Soz reappointed J-K Cong chief

Saifuddin Soz was today reappointed as the president of Jammu Kashmir unit of Congress, while Janardan Chandurkar will be the new chief of Mumbai Regional committee of the party.
Congress chief Sonia Gandhi made these appointments, AICC General Secretary Janardan Dwivedi said in a statement.
75-year-old Soz, a Rajya Sabha member, was appointed the president of the Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee in February for the first time in 2008.
Chandurkar (68) replaces Kripa Shankar Singh, who resigned on February 22 last year.
