SP and BSP are misleading the minorities: Nirmal Khatri

Charging the SP and BSP with misleading the minorities, UP Congress president Nirmal Khatri today said that it was necessary to popularise the works done by the former UPA government in their interest.
"..Under the present scenario it is necessary that the programmes run by the UPA government in the interest of minorities should be popularised among the people", Khatri was quoted in a release as saying at the meeting of party's Minority department here.
The UPCC president also stressed on the need to oppose the works being done by the Modi government at the Centre and Akhilesh Yadav government in the state against the interests of minorities. The party need to join the people in opposing the works being done against the minorities, he said.

National president of the minorities department, Khurshed Ahmed Sayed said people in the state have witnessed both the SP and BSP governments.
They both are misleading the minorities, he alleged.
