SP leader's kin attacked in Aligarh

Kaushal Yadav, brother of city general secretary of SP, was attacked last night over an old rivalry, police said.

Yadav was rushed to Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College and is said to be "stable but still in a serious condition," according to hospital sources.

Nine persons have been booked for the attack, which is linked to a murder on June 10, police said.
