Has Himachal Pradesh Transport minister G S Bali resigned from the Virbhadra Singh ministry?
Highly-placed sources said he had sent-in his resignation to AICC general secretary Barinder Singh, who is in-charge of party's affairs in Himachal.
When asked about his resignation, Bali told reporters in Solan: "you can draw your own conclusion."
The Chief Minister's Office, when contacted, denied any knowledge about minister's resignation.
Bali also holds the portfolios of Food and Supplies and Consumers Affairs.
