The mishap took place last night near GIP Mall and condition of one of the injured policemen is critical, police said.
Driver Lokendra Kumar, Sub Inspector Vivek Sharma, and constables Ashok and Udeyvir were in the PCR van when an Indica car hit it and the driver of the car fled from the spot.
A case against the car driver has been registered.
Constable Ashok was in ICU till late evening.
