The airline will deploy its 78-seater Bombardier Q400 aircraft on this route.
The new flight will take off from Jaipur at 6.35 pm and reach Udaipur at 7.45 pm. The return flight will leave at 8.05 pm and reach the Rajasthan capital at 8.55 pm, the airline said in a statement.
Ticket bookings for the new flight are now open, SpiceJet said.
SpiceJet has a fleet of 35 Boeing 737NG and 20 Bombardier Q-400s aircraft. It operates 380 average daily flights to 50 destinations, including seven international ones.
