In a regulatory filing, the airline said its board "could only partially complete the agenda items and the meeting has now been adjourned for tomorrow (February 7) to consider and approve, inter-alia, the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results" for the third quarter ended December 31, 2017.
The company was to announce the quarterly results today.
"Further, in accordance with the Sebi (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window is now closed up to February 9, 2018 (end of the day)," the filing said.
Currently, the no-frills carrier operates around 402 daily flights to 51 destinations -- 44 domestic and seven international ones -- with a fleet of 38 Boeing 737s and 22 Bombardier Q-400s.
