Spolia takes ill during farewell programme

Outgoing Delhi Chief Secretary D M Spolia suddenly fell ill during his farewell programme outside the Secretariat here this afternoon.
The programme, where Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and deputy CM Manish Sisodia were also present, was organised by Delhi Government Employees' Association.
Spolia, who will retire tomorrow, was rushed to the GB Pant Hospital in east Delhi from where he was later discharged by the doctors.
According to doctors, Spolia's condition is now normal and has been advised to take rest from work.
