Sporting Clube have seven points from six matches and Technical Director Alex Alvares felt his team deserves better standing in the league table.

"Look at the number of chances we create but we still end up with nothing. The strikers must convert chances. It's the only way to move ahead," said Alvares.

He felt that Pailan Arrows will provide a fierce challenge to his outfit. The Arrows comprise junior footballers but the youngsters have, so far, given a good account of themselves.

"They are all fantastic players. They do a lot of running, press high and do not allow you to relax. We must be careful against them."

The Goan club notched a 2-1 victory against United Sikkim in the last game and Alvares has called for a similar approach ahead of Friday's clash.

"Except for the defence, I do not have any complaints. We will bring Keita (Boubacar) back in the starting eleven and he can help us a great deal. He has recovered from his injury and that is good news for us," said Alvares.

Pailan Arrows have been one of the surprise packages of the league and the Arthur Papas-led side will look for their first win in Goa. Their previous match here ended in a loss against defending champions Dempo.
