It steered clear of the issue of resignation of BCCI chief N Srinivasan following reports of alleged involvement of his son-in-law Gurunath Meiyappan in the spot-fixing scandal.
Party spokesperson Renuka Chowdhury feigned ignorance of matters concerning cricket. She said she has no opinion on the issue of SIT probe into the IPL.
Advocating self-regulation, she suggested that if there are any "aberrations", agencies concerned should analyse them and find solution.
"I have no information on this. It has not seized my attention," she said when asked whether Srinivasan should quit on moral grounds.
