The 34-year-old's baby shower was held at her Beverly Hills home and she shared photographs from the event on Instagram, reported Us magazine.
"So much love," Keibler wrote, alongside a picture in which she was flanked by her girlfriends and best friend Marcello Bellisario.
"Thank you to all my beautiful friends and family for celebrating our little angels arrival," Keibler added.
During the shower, Keibler's friends and family played the traditional "Guess Her Birth Date" game.
