Both the state units appear to be preparing to go it alone in the upcoming assembly and Lok Sabha elections in the event of TDP not agreeing for a reasonable deal, sources said, claiming that BJP has demanded six Lok Sabha and 25 Assembly seats in Seemamndhra region.
"If the reasonable arrangement is not there with any other party, BJP will fight all the seats in our state, both for Parliament and Assembly," BJP Seemandhra unit chief K Haribabu told reporters, after meeting party president Rajnath Singh here.
Admitting that talks between the two parties has hit a roadblock at the state level, he claimed that a clear picture would emerge by tomorrow evening.
"Our national president assured us that the issue would be discussed and settled by tomorrow evening," Haribabu said.
