State govt will open 2000 free medical centres: Sukhbir

Punjab Deputy Chief Minister Sukhbir Singh Badal today said the state government will open more than two thousand free medical centres within one month in the stare.
He stated this while addressing press conference here.
The Deputy Chief Minister alleged that the "Mohalla Clinics" opened by AAP in Delhi are nothing but a sham.
The Deputy CM was here to lay the foundation stone of Rs 75.87 crore Railway over Bridge (ROB) (Number A-54/2-E) at National Highway-95 (Ludhiana-Moga-Ferozepur Road).
Later the Deputy CM addressed a huge congregation of Akali workers at Grain Market Ferozepur Cantt.
Sukhbir claimed that after Independence, the state has never seen such kind of development which has taken place in last nine years.
The Deputy Chief Minister listed the various welfare schemes launched by the state government like shagan scheme, pension scheme, atta-dal scheme, free bicycles for school girls, free health insurance scheme, free power to farmers, free power worth 200 units to the SC/BC families, etc.
