"Every grain of wheat of the farmers of Haryana will be purchased by the government agencies at Minimum Support Price (MSP) fixed by the government," Haryana Agriculture Minister OP Dhankar said in Gurgaon.
Dhankar admitted that Food Corporation of India will not procure wheat from the grain markets of the state in coming marketing season.
"But the state agencies like HAFED, CONFED , Food & Supplies Department etc will purchase and handover the purchase to the Central pool. So the farmers need not to worry about it," he said.
Haryana is hosting Agri Leadership Summit 2015- at Gurgaon from 13-15 March 2015, he further said.

Dhankar said the three -day mega event is first of its kind summit being held at a grand scale in the history of Haryana.
Highlighting the objective of this mega event, Dhankar said that about one lakh farmers are expected to see participate and the exhibitions of Agri inputs and Agri outputs (products) during the summit.
The outstanding farmers at the state level would also be honoured in the summit which will be inaugurated by Union Agriculture Minister Radha Mohan Singh and Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar.
The third objective is to let the farmers know the latest techniques and innovations in the field of agriculture which usually remain hidden in the laboratories, he said.
The benefits of research in agriculture should reach farmers so that they can make agriculture a profitable venture, he added.
