Both firms have entered into an exclusive tie-up, as part of which the Italian firm will design Steelbird's helmets sold in the country.
Commenting on the development, Steelbird Group Managing Director Rajeev Kapur said: "We plan on getting the entire range of Bargy Design in India through our exclusive tie-up with them."
The upcoming models designed by Bargy Design will be launched in the market this month and target the premium segment.
The helmets will have features including high-impact ABS material shell, micro-metric buckle, innovative ventilation system and will be ISI certified.
The cost of helmets bearing Bargy Design's graphic would start from Rs 2,499 onwards.
