Stolen idol recovered

City police have recovered an idol,
stolen from Hastinapur Jain temple in the district today, and have arrested a person in this connection.
The Lord Shantinath idol was recovered from the accused identified as Vasim, resident of Garhsona in Falavada village of the district, SSP Omkaar Singh said.
The accused has confessed that he had stolen the idol from the Jain temple today.
Earlier in the day a report was lodged about the theft.
