Stone, Foxx in talks for Martin Luther King Jr biopic

Director Oliver Stone is in talks to direct the untitled biopic on Martin Luther King Jr with actor Jamie Foxx circling to play the lead role.
Steven Spielberg is among the producers of the biopic, which is a co-production by DreamWorks and Warner Bros.
Kario Salem is currently working on the screenplay from a previous draft by Ronald Harwood, according to the Hollywood Reporter.
Neither Stone nor Foxx have offers at this stage, but meetings have taken place and the two are keen on taking the role.
