"Yoga, an invaluable gift of ancient Indian tradition, embodies unity of mind, body, thought and action, restraint and fulfillment. It not only brings harmony between man and nature but also inculcates holistic approach to health and well being," Basant Kumar B Pande, Group captain and Public Relations Officer of Army said.
"Maximum Army troops would participate in the International Yoga Day and appropriate preparations for the same are underway", he said.
More than 15,000 people will be attending the main event at helipad ground and OD complex located at Mathura Cantt on June 21 here.
