"Kashmiri Pandits look to Narendra Modi with great hope and optimism... It is the Government of India's responsibility to create a new dispensation as demanded by Panun Kashmir...," said a spokesperson of Panun Kashmir, an organisation of displaced Kashmiri Pandits.
"The structural reorganisation of Jammu and Kashmir in the larger framework of the reorganisation of the state is a political necessity," he said.
"It is to this dispensation the entire displaced community would return to live on permanent basis. Till then Kashmiri Pandits need to keep up their struggle," the spokesperson said.
