Student arrested for trying to steal scooty

A 21-year-old B Tech student was arrested for allegedly attempting to steal a scooty in Himnachal Pradesh's Una district.
The student was caught by locals while trying to steal the scooty, ASP Una Madan Lal Koushal said.
Police is investigating the matter, he said.
