Students appearing in the Class 12 Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education today alleged that questions asked in the political science paper were out of syllabus.
The students were asked to discuss India-Pakistan relations in light of the recent skirmishes along the Line of Control (LoC).
The anguished parents have appealed to the Board officials to take remedial measures so that students do not suffer.
Recently, the Board was at the centre of a controversy after a student tried to commit suicide after he could not answer the Mathematics paper, which was deemed to contain questions not pertaining to the syllabus.
The state government has ordered an inquiry into the Mathematics paper fiasco while the Board has announced that grace marks will be given to the examinees as per their performance in other subjects.
