The Rajasthan High Court has issued notices to the state government on a compliant filed by two students against the stay on the admission process in Haridev Joshi University of Journalism and Mass communication.
The court, hearing a compliant filed by two students of the university, issued notices to the government on July 21.
The complainants alleged that the state government, through an order dated July 3, 2015, stayed the admission process citing the reason that the matter related with the university was under consideration of the government.
A notification for admission was issued by the university on May 30, 2015 inviting applications from eligible candidates for admission in the courses of journalism for the academic session 2015-16.
Next hearing in the matter is on July 31.
