"Incidences of performing stunts by motorcycle riders and indulging in serious traffic violations are illegal and reprehensible. Delhi Police will initiate criminal action against any person indulging in such nuisance and aggressive behaviour," the advisory said.
Karan Pandey was killed and another youth injured when police opened fire during an attempt to stop a large group of bikers from performing dangerous stunts yesterday.
Meanwhile, as per NHRC guidelines, a medical board consisting three doctors conducted the post mortem on Karan's body at Maulana Azad Medical College here today.
Taking probe forward in the case, in which an FIR has been lodged at Parliament Street police station naming Karan, his friend Puneet - who was riding the bike and was also injured in the incident - and other unidentified bikers, police have intensified the search for other stunt bikers who were present at the time of the incident.
"We are trying to find out the others who were present with Karan and Puneet at the time of the incident. Around 150 bikers were present on Ashoka Road when the incident took place.
