Sub Inspector suspended

: A Sub-Inspector at Pudur police station here was suspended today for allegedly getting into a scuffle with another SI on a road during a vehicle check on January 13.
Police said SI's Durai and Premachandran were checking vehicles on Jan 13 when they got into an argument over an issue and entered into a scuffle on the road.
Durai was later transferredto Avaniyapurampolice station and Premachandran to Karimedu police station.
Commissioner of Police Shailesh Kumar Yadav today suspended Durai after a departmental inquiry found him guilty.
