The company had posted a net profit of Rs 7.85 crore in the corresponding period of last fiscal.
Its total income from operations was up 15.19 per cent during the period under review at Rs 414.71 crore as against Rs 360 crore in the corresponding quarter of previous fiscal, Subros said in a BSE filing.
In a separate filing, the company said its shareholders have approved proposal to raise up to Rs 150 crore through issuance of non-convertible debentures (NCDs) on private placement basis, in one or more tranches.
