Sugar millgate prices today fell by Rs 10 per quintal at the wholesale market in the national capital on higher supply.
Traders attributed the fall in prices to continued selling by mills.
However, selective buying by bulk consumers such as ice-cream and soft-drink makers limited the losses, they added.
In the millgate section sugar Ramala, Baghpat and Morna were down by Rs 10 each at Rs 2,490, Rs 2,500 and Rs 2,500 per quintal.
