The minimum temperature was recorded at 13 degrees Celsius, a notch above the season's average, said a MeT department official.
Humidity level in the air was high and oscillated between 93 and 36 per cent.
The MeT office has predicted clear skies which will turn partly cloudy night onwards.
"The skies will be mainly clear which will turn partly cloudy night onwards. Mist or haze is likely to occur in several areas. The maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to hover at 30 and 13 degrees Celsius," the weatherman said.
