Kerala, who began day four on 299 for six, went on to score 393 in response to Goa's 367 all out. Goa ended their second innings at 179 for one with Swapnil Asnodkar and Sagun Kamat remaining unbeaten on 69 and 103 respectively.
Kerala picked up three points from the game courtesy the first innings lead while Goa earned one.
While Kamat struck a brisk hundred for Goa, it was the innings from Surendran (123) earlier in the day that made the difference.
