Suspected Maoist militia members snatched away ballot box

Suspected Maoist militia members snatched away a ballot box at a polling station in Boosiputtu village of the agency area of Visakhapatnam district here today.
According to the police, two suspected Maoist militia members came to the polling station in civil dress and snatched away the ballot box between 1 pm to 1.30 pm today, taking election officials by surprise.
A search operation is on to locate the box, the police said.
