Security forces today launched a massive search operation in a village in south Kashmir's Kulgam district after suspected militants fired a few rounds at them, police said.
Security forces launched a cordon and search operation in Buchroo village of Kulgam district, 75 kms from here, after some suspected militants fired a few rounds at the security forces who were advancing towards the village, a police official said.
The official said there were no reports of any casualties in the firing and search operation was going on when reports last came in.
