He was in April last year removed from party's National Executive for campaigning against the party's official candidate in Barmer Lok Sabha seat of Rajasthan.
Manvendra, who is an MLA from Sheo constituency, said, "I will remain with BJP as Prime Minister Narendra Modi himself has asked me to wait and have patience."
Asked about his father's health, he said, "His condition is improving and he has started started reacting."
On his participation in party's affairs, Manvendra said he was not consulted for ongoing Panchayat elections, and he felt "neglected".
Meanwhile, BJP spokesman Kailash Bhatt told PTI that Manvendra's suspension was still prevailing as the party's disciplinary committee had not submitted its report.
